>>Getting Started 
Evangelism can become a natural part of our lives when we realize that the most effective evangelism takes place in the context of everyday  conversation with friends, neighbours, and associates. When Jesus is the most important person in our lives, what He is doing and has done will flow naturally into the conversations of our day. It won't be forced. 
 
God desires to use us to evangelize our immediate environs and beyond. This we can do by first praying, then by living in such a way that God's light shines through us, and finally by sharing the truth about what God has done for us in everyday conversations. As we do our part to bring light to the spiritually blind, we can trust the Holy Spirit will do the rest. 
 
>>Goals 
-     To understand why people need to have their eyes opened to God's truth; 
 
-     How Jesus gives Hope to those who are spiritually blind; 
 
-     And how we can share our personal experience in Christ with those who live in spiritual darkness. 
 
>>Discussion Questions 
1.     Read jn 9:1-12. Can every illness be directly traced to an individual's sins? Explain. 
 
>>Note: It wasn't the spit, the mud, or the pool of Siloam that gave the man the sight; his faith and obedience opened the door for Jesus to heal him. Though physically blind, he had enough spiritual vision to obey Jesus. 
 
2.     What should be our responsibility when we share what Jesus has done for us? (jn 9: 13-17) 
 
3.     Read jn 9:18-23. What do you think made the the Pharisees to grasp at straws instead of exploring the miraculous truth before them? How and why do people respond that same way today? 
 
4.     What can we learn from this man's example? (jn 9:24-32) 
 
5.     What might we lose if we are faithful witnesses for Christ? Is it worth it? (jn 9:35-41) 
 
>>Invitation Option 
If you have not made Jesus your Lord, or if you no longer live the testimony you once had, ask Jesus to forgive you and be the leader of your life. 
 
>>Conclusion 
Though some people may not be willing to hear about Jesus, there will always be those who are willing to accept the invitation He offers. And there will be others whom God will draw to Himself using the actions of your life and the words you boldly share. As you make yourself available to God, may He lead you t those whose hearts are ready to receive the Message that will end their blindness.

I was so torched when i saw this mad man actually preaching the Gospel of God to people this afternoon at olu obasanjo road, ph. What amazed me most was that he was actually using Good English(vocabularies) in preaching the Gospel. Then i begin to think, if a mad man can preach the Gospel, how about we who are 100% alright?

We live in an era when almost everything seems to come automatically with the punch of a button or the click of a computer mouse. Fast food joints are littered all over the place. Growing up in such an era could make people to expect God to respond the same way - quick and instantaneous in everything every time. As such, when prayer is delayed, such people may find. Yet, the truth remains that there are enduring benefits and rewards that our perseverance and thankfulness in the place of prayer command, even when there seems to be a delay. Don't give up! 
 >>Goals 
 -     To know that God responds to perseverance and thankfulness. 
 -     To know how we can develop persistent faith and passion for praise; 
 -     And the need to persevere in prayer and practice thankfulness. 
 >>Discussion Question 
1.    Have you ever felt like God was ignoring your prayers? What did you do at such instance, and why? 
 2.     How can this woman's example encourage us when it seems our prayers are going unanswered? (Matt 15:21-25) 
 3.     What lessons are there in the woman's response to Jesus discouraging remarks? (Matt 15:26-28) 
 >>Note: As we press on in faith when the answer to our prayer seems delayed, God searches our hearts and tests our motives to prove whether we understand who Jesus is - and who we are. 
 4.     What lessons are there in the obedience of the lepers to Jesus instruction, even before they saw evidence of healing? (Luke 17:11-17) 
 5.     What excuses do you think the nine lepers who didn't return would give for their behaviour? (Luke 17:18-19) and how do you think Jesus feels about ingratitude? 
 6.     What can we learn from the actions of the grateful laper? 
 >>Note: There will be times of distress, sickness, or loss in all of our lives. But hard times shouldn't exempt us from giving thanks. We can continually give thanks for those things in our lives that are unaffected by the adverse circumstance, even as we persist in prayers for His intervention. 
 >>Conclusion 
Though God may sometimes seem temporarily silent in response to our prayers, His silence isn’t meant to taunt or discourage us. At the proper time, He will bring the answer, allowing persistence to build our faith, sift our motives, and even reveal sins that may be the hindrance (though unanswered prayer isn’t necessarily an indication of sin). Let's keep persistence in our prayers and praises.

He has a purpose and plan for our lives, one that includes hope and a blissful future Unfortunately, many are yet to experience God's love and purpose. This is because of sin; for sin causes a separation from God. Yet, God loves and offers us all the free gift of forgiveness through Jesus Christ, His Son. Through this transaction, He rescues us from the bondage of sin and satan, and transfers us to the Kingdom of His beloved Son ( Col. 1:13-14). It is a transaction that is done by faith. You can receive it by faith even now; it's as simple as ABC. Come, take the following steps today; for tomorrow may be too late. 
 A   Admit that you're a sinner in need of forgiveness. 
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Rom. 3:23) "We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all." (Isa 53:6). 
 B     Believe that Jesus died for your sins. 
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16). 
 C     CONFESS Jesus as Lord of your life. 
"If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus us v no of was efis Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Rom. 10:9) 
 Prayer to Receive Jesus as Lord and  Saviour 
Dear heavenly Father, 
I come to you in the Name of Jesus. Forgive me of my sins. I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe that He was raised from the dead for my justification, and I confess Him now as my Lord. Thank you for saving me. I declare that i have now become the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Cor. 5:21). I am saved!

The many erroneous pictures the Media and others outlets paint about love make it hard for many people in the society, mostly teenagers, to have a good understanding of what love is all about. To properly understand love. 
We need to view it from God's perspective. This is because human love is fickle, while God is love personified. 
 
Of course, love unexpressed is of little value. Hence, God ultimately demonstrated His love by sending His Son to die for our sins. He expects us to reciprocate this gesture, even as we encounter His love and forgiveness. Daily, we need to demonstrate our love and gratitude to God in concrete, practical ways. 
 
>>Goals 
 
-     To understand that love must be demonstrated by what we do, not just what we profess. 
 
-     To know how we can express our love and gratitude to Jesus for forgiving us; 
 
-     And the need for humility and the danger of pride and selfishness.

 >>Getting Started 
Every day, we all come in contact with people who are trapped in prisons is of sin and spiritual darkness. Some were lured by demons of addiction into taking destructive substances such as cocaine, indian hemp, cigarettes, alcoholic drinks, etc; while some were lured into sexual sins of all sorts by demons of lusts. (This is just to mention but a few.) Many of them have tried to break free from their problems, but the devil wouldn't let them. But some don't even know they are in bondage - they have no idea of how different their lives would be if Jesus were at the centre. Yet, Jesus offers hope to all; for He holds the key that sets captives free. 
 >>Goals 
 -   To understand the desperate condition of victims of spiritual bondage. 
 -   To know that only Jesus provides the hope and Power that set spiritual captives free. 
 -   To know that we can live free from bondage when we put our hope in Him; 
 -   And we can become a living testimony of His transforming power; and help others find freedom in Him. 
 >>Conclusion 
 Nobody is so bad or so good that Jesus can't make obvious change in his or her life. A charged life isn't just about deliverance from destructive Lifestyle; its about receiving Jesus' Power to resist temptations. So, whether He has rescued us from demonic forces or given us the ability to resist those forces, it's His authority that charges us. Our charged lives testify of His Power. 
 >>Ministry Activity 
 Jesus has Power to set free. PRAY that He will set free those who are trapped in one form of bondage of another. And also renew your commitment to share Christ with others in need.
