Newly wedded couple who drowned during their honeymoon were laid to rest yesterday just two weeks after marriage.
John Rodgers, 28, and his wife Lynette, 26, died on October 23 after getting caught by a riptide in plattenberg,South Africa exactly two weeks and two days after their wedding on October 17.
They were laid to rest by the same church (First Presbyterian Church in Hollywood) who conducted their wedding two weeks ago. Friends and family members expressed grief as they turn on to say goodbye.It really pains,after coming for a wedding and two weeks later come for the burial of those who you smiled with weeks back.
