Furious 7 picked up yet more gongs at the People’s Choice Awards on Wednesday night.
Collecting the award for Favourite Movie and Favourite Action Movie, Vin Diesel took to the stage where he sang to the audience at the the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.
The 48-year-old actor, a close pal and colleague of the late Paul Walker, gave an emotional rendition of Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s hit song See You Again as cheers rang around the audience.
“I thank you so much. The only thing I can say now is, ‘It’s been a long day without you my friend. And I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again.'"
Walker was killed in a car accident as Furious 7 was nearing the end of production.
