The World's richest man, Bill Gate was received by the Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasiru El’RUfai and the Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal as he arrived Nigeria to sign a Memorandum of Understanding, MOU, with the Dangote Foundation on routine immunization.
