The rate at which extrajudicial killings are perpetrated by our security agents in this region needs to be checkmated. According to reliable reports, this man, Steve Arthur, was shot in the spine by a policeman in Ghana, who absconded and has been on the run for years now. Steve is totally paralyzed from the waist down and will be dependent for the rest of his life.
